This Data Protection and Privacy Policy (the “Data Policy”) is provided as part of DDPL Terms of Service (the “TOS”) between Data Dynamics Pte Ltd. (“DDPL”) and users of DDPL(“Service Provider”).
DDPL take our responsibilities of data protection and privacy seriously. DDPL recognize the importance of safeguarding the Business and Personal Data that Service Provider and their customers have provided to DDPL and it is our responsibility to properly manage, protect, and process these data.
This Data Policy is designed to assist Service Provider in understanding how DDPL collect, use, disclose and/or process the Business and Personal Data that have been provided to us. If Service Provider has any queries on this Data Policy, please contact (“Support Email”).
1. Data Collection
(a) ”Business and Personal Data” means any information that may be used to identify an individual or business entity, including, but not limited to:
(i) Personal identification data including first and last name, email address, home, postal or other physical address, e-mail address, mobile phone number, telephone number, other contact information, title, birth date, gender, personal interests;
(ii) Electronic identification data including IP addresses, cookies, phone information, country information, and network information;
(iii) Business identification data including business registration information, financial information, business structure, and billing information;
(iv) Account data including display name, username, password, and payment related information;
(v) Usage data including computer and connection information, device capability, bandwidth, statistics on page views, and traffic to and from DDPL websites, user application data, and other information needed to provide the services requested by Service Provider and/or their customers;
(vi) Communication data including any correspondences between Service Providers and DDPL;
(vii) Any content that is required by any applicable laws or regulatory authorities.
(b) DDPL will collect the Business and Personal Data directly from Service Provider and their customers. At the point of collection, DDPL will notify Service Provider and their customers of the purposes for which the Business and Personal Data may be collected, used, disclosed and/or processed, as well as obtain their consent for the intended purposes.
2. Purposes for Collection, Use, Disclosure, and Processing of Data
(a) The Business and Personal Data which DDPL collect from Service Provider and their customers may be collected, used, disclosed, and processed for various “Purposes”, which include but are not limited to:
(i) provision of the products and services which Service Provider and/or their customers requested and are using;
(ii) communicating with Service Provider and their customers on their enquiries;
(iii) administrative matters on Service Provider and/or their customer purchases and subscriptions;
(iv) any other purposes that DDPL notify of Service Provider and/or their customers at the time of obtaining the consent.
(b) In order to fulfill the above mentioned Purposes, DDPL may also be disclosing the Business and Personal Data to our affiliates or related corporations, and/or other third parties for one or more of the above-stated Purposes.
3. Data Disclosure to Third Parties
(a) In normal operations, DDPL will not disclose any Business and Personal Data to third parties without consent. However, please note that DDPL may disclose the Business and Personal Data to third parties without consent in the following situations:
(i) cases in which the disclosure is required or authorized based on the applicable laws;
(ii) cases in which the Business and Personal Data is disclosed to any officer of a prescribed law enforcement agency, upon production of written authorization signed by the director of that law enforcement agency or a person of a similar rank;
(iii) cases in which the disclosure is to a public agency and such disclosure is necessary in the public interest;
4. Access and Correction of Data
(a) Service Provider and their customers may access and/or correct their Business and Personal Data by signing into their online account online.
5. Request to Withdraw Consent
(a) Service Provider and their customer may withdraw their consent for the collection, use and/or disclosure of the Business and Personal Data by terminating the subscription to a specific application or by deleting the respective account.
6. Data Security
(a) Service Provider and their customer information stored with DDPL is password-protected. DDPL has implemented reasonable security policies, rules and technical measures to safeguard the security of the provided Business and Personal Data.
(b) Service Provider and their customers undertake to keep the account username and password secure and confidential and shall not disclose or permit it to be disclosed to any unauthorized person. DDPL is not liable for any damages resulting from any security breaches due to unauthorized and/or fraudulent use of the username and password.
7. Changes to Data Policy
(a) DDPL may amend this Data Policy from time to time. If DDPL make any substantial changes in the way the Business and Personal Data is used, DDPL will make that information available by posting a notice on this web site and to Service Provider’s registered email.
(b) It is Service Provider’s responsibility to review the terms of this Data Policy from time to time.
(c) Any changes will become effective as specified in the notice.
